At CEO Clothing, we aim to provide clear and reliable shipping options for all customers. Please review the estimated delivery times and terms below.
Estimated Delivery Times
Australia
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days.
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days.
New Zealand
- Standard Delivery: 25 business days.
- Express Delivery: 15–20 business days.
Once you add items to your cart, the shipping calculator will automatically determine the shipping fee based on the total weight of your order. The cost and available options will be displayed at checkout.
For quicker delivery, we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout.
Disclaimer: International Orders
For international shipments, the buyer assumes responsibility for any additional charges or regulations associated with their country's customs, duties, or taxes. While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, please note that:
- Customs processes may cause delays.
- VAT and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
- CEO Clothing is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to external factors beyond our control.
Pre-Orders
Please note the following regarding pre-orders:
- Estimated delivery for pre-orders is 4–6 weeks, but delays beyond this timeframe may occur due to supply chain issues or shipping disruptions.
- Pre-orders are non-refundable for change of mind.
- Refunds will only be issued if a pre-ordered item is found to be faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
