Returns Policy

At CEO Clothing, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you're unhappy with your purchase, we offer returns in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our store policy.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, in brand-new condition, and include the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The return request must be made within 28 days of the delivery date.
  • Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the ACL. To claim this, please contact us at info@ceoclothing.com.auย with:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the fault (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase.

We will cover return shipping costs for items deemed faulty or incorrect and provide a refund, replacement, or store credit based on your preference.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered.
  • Items missing original tags or packaging.
  • Items purchased during a sale (unless faulty).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@ceoclothing.com.au with your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. If approved, package the item securely and include proof of purchase.
  3. Post the item to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refunds and Store Credits

  • Store Credit: For change-of-mind returns, we will issue a store credit within 10 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • Refunds: Faulty or incorrect items are eligible for a refund, which will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

6. AfterPay Returns

If you purchased through AfterPay, the returns process remains the same. Once a store credit or refund is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue as scheduled
